This Cookie Policy explains how THE CLUELESS AIGENCY, S.L. uses cookies and similar technologies on theclueless.ai and the AI Suite, available worldwide. It complements our Privacy Policy and is published in compliance with Article 22.2 of the Spanish Information Society Services Act (LSSI-CE), the EU ePrivacy Directive, the UK PECR, and applicable cookie laws in other jurisdictions.

01What are cookies

TL;DR

Tiny files saved on your device that help websites remember you and work properly.

A “cookie” is a small text file stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use similar technologies — local storage, session storage and pixel tags — which we collectively refer to as “cookies” in this policy.

Cookies can be first-party (set by us) or third-party (set by other companies whose services we use). They can be session cookies (deleted when you close the browser) or persistent cookies (kept until they expire or you delete them).

02Categories of cookies we use

TL;DR

Four buckets: essential (always on), preferences, analytics and marketing. You decide on the last three.

Essential

Always on

Required to run the platform: authentication, session management, load balancing, security and CSRF protection. Without these the Service cannot function. They do not require consent under Art. 22.2 LSSI-CE.

Preferences

Optional

Remember your choices — theme (dark / light), language, billing period — to give you a consistent experience between visits.

Analytics

Optional

Help us understand how the Service is used — pages visited, features adopted, errors encountered — so we can improve it. Aggregated and pseudonymised wherever possible.

Marketing

Optional

Measure the effectiveness of our campaigns and show you relevant content on third-party platforms. Set only with your explicit consent.

Cookies are only set after you grant the corresponding consent in the cookie banner. The above is the maximum set we may use; the actual list at any time may be shorter.

04Third-party cookies

TL;DR

Some cookies come from companies we use (Stripe, Google, Meta). Their privacy policies apply too.

Some cookies are set by third-party services we integrate. We do not control those cookies directly; their use is governed by the providers' own policies. The main third parties involved are:

  • Stripe — payment processing & fraud detection · stripe.com/privacy
  • Google (Analytics) — usage measurement · policies.google.com/privacy
  • Meta Platforms — advertising measurement · facebook.com/privacy/policy
  • TikTok — advertising measurement · tiktok.com/legal/privacy-policy

05Your consent & choices

TL;DR

You decide what we set. Change your mind anytime — we don't take it personally.

The first time you visit, our cookie banner asks for consent for non-essential cookies. You can accept all, reject all, or customise by category. Your choice is recorded in the tc_consent cookie for 12 months, after which we ask again.

You can change your preferences at any time:

Note: rejecting analytics or marketing cookies does not affect your ability to use the Service. Rejecting essential cookies will prevent the Service from working correctly.

06Browser-level controls

TL;DR

You can also block or delete cookies directly in your browser.

Most browsers let you block, delete, or limit cookies through their settings. Here's where to find them:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Apple Safari
  • Microsoft Edge

Many browsers also support a “Do Not Track” signal and the Global Privacy Control (GPC). We honour the GPC signal where applicable by treating it as a request to reject non-essential cookies.

07Changes to this policy

TL;DR

We refresh this list when our cookies change. Date at the top tells you when.

We review and update this Cookie Policy whenever we add, remove, or change the cookies we use. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes that introduce new tracking will require renewed consent.
