Can we train Vellum or Cosmos on our own brand assets?
Yes. We deliver a fine-tuned model that locks your brand’s likeness, color palette, locations and tone. Models stay private to your workspace and are never used to train shared weights. Typical timeline: 7–10 business days from asset handover.
Do you offer SSO and audit logs?
SSO via SAML 2.0 (Okta, Azure AD, Google Workspace) is included from the Business plan. Audit logs cover all generations, downloads, plan changes, and user actions, retained 12 months by default (longer on request).
What’s the data retention & residency story?
EU customers default to EU-only data centers (Frankfurt + Madrid). US-based teams can choose us-east-1 / us-west-2. We’re GDPR-compliant, signed DPAs available, SOC 2 Type II in progress (Q3 2026). Your outputs are never used to train shared models.
How does billing work for large teams?
One invoice per workspace, monthly or annual (annual saves 30%). PO-based payments accepted from $5k MRR. Each seat shares a pool of credits — you can also assign per-seat caps for budget control.
Do you offer in-person training for our team?
For Enterprise contracts, yes. We run a 1–2 day on-site workshop with our creative leads (Aitana’s original team). Remote training via Zoom is included on the Business plan.
